Once you have registered, the full delegate cost is incurred and is therefore payable WITHIN 14 DAYS OF YOUR REGISTRATION.
Non-payment of an invoice prior to the event does not automatically mean cancellation of your registration.
ALL cancellations must be advised in writing (an email to VSMM07@mlaa.com.au is acceptable).
Refunds will NOT be given.

Unless you specifically opt-out on registration, your contact details will be distributed to stakeholders and sponsors. Your name and organisation may be included in a list for circulation to all delegates at this event.
Five student bursaries of USD$250 each will be offered. To be considered you must be a full-time postgraduate student and have a letter endorsing your full-time enrolment status from your supervisor and which also states that you do not hold an academic staff position.
Students can also be involved as a volunteer, or for local students, through coursework as a Supervised Project.
